Who are you?

I am Amardeep Kaushal and I am the founder of CXO Herald which is a platform of knowledge for people in the different business fields.

Describe your product/service ?

CXO Herald is a not for profit community based platform for Mid level & senior level Decision makers from Marketing, Sales & Technology domain.

How did you come up with this idea?

Being a part of the ecosystem i found that the mid level practitioners don't have the proper economical, affordable and engaging  forum for Marketing , sales & Tech professionals put together. Also, we want to generate lot of live case studies & research papers from Indian market point of view which can be used by our mid level professionals on daily basis.

How did you come up with the name of your Startup?

It just came to my Mind like that.

What did you do just after getting the idea?

I was having already a community on WhatsApp. I just put them up on a platform together will be the next step specially on mobile app.

Tell us about your business model?

As it's a not for profit community based platform we are not a Business House.

What is your revenue model?

Only revenue model consists of memberships and sponsorships for the workshops, events and publications.

How did you acquire your initial customers?

We acquired volunteers & corporate partners from marketing, sales & Tech domains.

What options do your customers have? And how are you different from them?

We are a not for profit association we only have like minded professionals as volunteers.

What was the most challenging part of your journey till now and how did you overcome it ?

Getting and involving people to spend time for this initiative.

What is the source of startup capital? Also Share some details about the investments that you have been able to fetch for the business till now.

We contributed from my own pocket to start with. Later on we will generate little bit of revenue by memberships  and partnerships to run our office and events.

How did you meet your team(co-founders) and what is their background?

We have volunteers not the co-founders. Each members are treated equally.

Where do you want to see your startup in the next 3 year?

We want to be one of the largest Desi volunteer based NGO to support sme's ,startups & SMB's specially who are running in loss.

What entrepreneurial hacks/online tools/ services/ apps do you use to stay focused and keep your day productivity?


What are your strategies to build awesome work culture in your company?

Build relationships & friendship and engage them all.

What do you look for in a candidate who aspires to join your company?

We want self driven Leaders
