Who are you?
I am Raghav Gautam and I am the founder of Frame Raid. Frame Raid is formed with the sole purpose of providing more customized services in terms of design, web, and especially photography and videos.
Describe your product/service?
Photography, Cinematography, and Design.
How did you come up with this idea?
Saw the same style of pictures, videos, and graphics everywhere, and decided to try to do slightly better myself.
How did you come up with the name of your Startup?
Frames are what pictures and videos are about, Frame Raid is plenty of them for sale.

What did you do just after getting the idea?
I started working on it, in each project, one by one.
Tell us about your business model?
B2B and B2C both.
What is your revenue model?
The client pays for service - orthodox in that manner.
How did you acquire your initial customers?
By hard work and some reference.
What options do your customers have? And how are you different from them?
Customers can come and discuss their ideas and we help brainstorm. Different because we don't provide the same fix for every company.
What was the most challenging part of your journey till now and how did you overcome it?
Managing finances, savings, expenditures. Haven't overcome it as yet.
How did you meet your team(co-founders) and what is their background?
Where do you want to see your startup in the next 3 year?
As a market leader in the alternate and innovative style of pictures and videos.
What entrepreneurial hacks/online tools/ services/ apps do you use to stay focused and keep your day productivity?
I don't use much of them.
What are your strategies to build awesome work culture in your company?
Leading by example.
What do you look for in a candidate who aspires to join your company?
Dedication and learning, and understanding the client's requirements.

Work hard, plan well, and try to have a day job for some time.
