At StartupTalky, we value our advertisers and aim to provide a smooth experience. This policy explains how cancellations, refunds, and content modifications are handled.

Cancellation Policy

  • If you wish to cancel an advertisement or branded content, please email us with a written request.
  • Cancellations are only possible if the content has not yet been published. Once published, cancellations cannot be processed.
  • We reserve the right to cancel any advertisement or branded content at our discretion. In such cases, we will notify you and issue a full refund.

Refund Policy

  • Refunds are only available for cancellations made before the content goes live on our platform.
  • Once the content is published, no refunds will be issued.
  • Approved refunds will be processed within 14 business days.
  • Refunds will be credited to the original payment method used.

Modification Policy

  • You can request changes to advertisements or branded content within 30 days of publication.
  • However, this does not apply to company profiles on our platform, as we provide updates for them.
  • All modification requests will be reviewed and approved based on feasibility and content guidelines.
  • We may edit content for clarity, accuracy, or legal compliance. If any major changes are made, we will inform the advertiser.
