LabelBlind - Seed, $500,000

LabelBlind, an Indian AI-led food regulatory-labelling SaaS, raised $500,000 in a seed round to scale its FoLSol® regulatory-labelling platform and expand across export markets. The technology aims to generate market-compliant labels rapidly and reduce manual compliance time.

ONYA - Pre-seed, ₹5.5 crore

ONYA, a Bengaluru offline-first premium lab-grown diamond jewellery brand, raised ₹5.5 crore in a pre-seed round led by Zeropearl VC, with participation from several angel investors (including founders from MyGate and others). The fund will be used to accelerate offline retail expansion.

Arctus Aerospace - Pre-seed, $2.6M

Arctus Aerospace, building high-altitude, long-endurance unmanned aircraft for earth observation, raised $2.6 million in pre-seed funding from Version One Ventures, South Park Commons, gradCapital and angels. The company says the platform will enable low-cost, high-altitude sensing for commercial customers.

Primebook - Extension, $250K

Primebook (Android-based student laptops/PrimeOS) raised an additional $250,000 in an extension round from Ekamya Capital, following its earlier $2M pre-Series A. The funds are earmarked for advancing PrimeOS, cloud PC infrastructure and AI features.

AxiTrust - Seed, ₹23.5 crore

Fintech AxiTrust (surety-focused platform) raised ₹23.5 crore in a seed round led by General Catalyst, with participation from other investors and angels. The startup will use proceeds to build digital infrastructure for surety bonds across banking, insurance and procurement ecosystems.

3ev Industries — Series A, ₹120 crore

EV OEM 3ev Industries raised ₹120 crore in a Series A led by Mahanagar Gas; other participants included Equentis Angel Fund and Thackersey Group. Funds will be used to scale manufacturing, expand the 3C (charging, care & conversions) division and enhance supply-chain capabilities.

Enerzi - Seed, ₹16.5 crore (≈ $2M)

Methane-to-hydrogen platform Enerzi raised ₹16.5 crore (around $2 million) in a seed round led by Capital-A, with participation from 8x Ventures and angels. The company develops microwave-plasma reactors for clean hydrogen and carbon-byproduct materials.

Mirana Toys - Series A, ₹57.5 crore

Mirana Toys raised ₹57.5 crore (reported ≈ $6.9M) in a Series A led by Arkam Ventures, with participation from Accel, Info Edge and Riverwalk. The funds will be used to expand manufacturing, set up injection moulding and packaging lines, and grow international distribution.

LightSpeed Photonics - Pre-Series A, $6.5M

LightSpeed Photonics secured $6.5 million in a pre-Series A round led by pi Ventures, with participation from 500 Global, Indian Accelerator, 8x Ventures, Java Capital and Bay Area angels. The startup develops compact optical interconnects aimed at AI/HPC and data-centre markets.

Data breach: Adda.io reportedly exposed over 18 lakh user records

A hacker (alias “Blinkers”) has claimed to leak data of ~1.86 million users of Adda.io, email addresses, phone numbers, full names, owner IDs and MD5-hashed passwords.

The leak reportedly occurred in March 2025, but the database was publicly posted on a hacking forum late on 23 November 2025. If verified, the breach could expose users to phishing, identity theft or credential-stuffing risks.

Junglee Games (under Flutter Entertainment) lays off 350 employees; redeploys 600 more after real-money gaming ban

Following regulatory changes banning real-money games in India, Junglee Games has cut 350 jobs. About 600 other employees are being redeployed, mostly to its Hyderabad Global Capability Centre (GCC).
