On February 18th, MakeMyTrip announced a partnership with OpenAI to improve AI-led trip discovery and collect searches with high intent. As part of the partnership, MakeMyTrip will integrate additional AI capabilities into its app by leveraging OpenAI's APIs. The partnership signifies a change from being a bystander to actively engaging in AI-driven discovery. This paves the way for the platform to turn spoken intentions into bookable results.
