Samantha Ruth Prabhu Co-Founds Activewear Brand Mile Collective
Actor and wellness advocate Samantha Ruth Prabhu has launched Mile Collective, a contemporary activewear and lifestyle brand, alongside co-founders Harshita Motaparthi and Pravishta Nadella. The label focuses on comfort-first clothing designed for everyday wear, extending beyond traditional workout apparel.
Built on the idea that clothing should feel good on the body throughout the day, Mile Collective offers soft, thoughtfully engineered pieces designed for Indian bodies and climates. The brand positions itself at the intersection of activewear and daily essentials, creating garments intended for movement, rest and everything in between.
Designed for Real Days
Mile Collective’s range is designed to transition seamlessly from morning walks and travel days to lounging at home. Easy silhouettes, breathable fabrics and intuitive fits are central to the brand’s design approach, reducing the need for outfit changes across different parts of the day.
The collection features refined cuts paired with a muted, wearable colour palette. The focus remains on clean silhouettes and understated tones that prioritise comfort and repeat wear, rather than trend-led styling.
From Mile Active to Mile Collective
The brand was originally launched in 2023 as Mile Active, following founder Harshita Motaparthi’s experience with the lack of comfortable, well-fitting activewear suited to Indian conditions. The initial range began with four products, shaped by a design philosophy centred on softness, ease and wearability.
As the brand evolved, Pravishta Nadella joined as co-founder, helping define a broader vision. Around the same time, Samantha Ruth Prabhu came on board as a co-founder, aligning with the brand’s emphasis on wellness, intentional living and comfort-led design.
“Mile was never about pushing harder,” says Harshita Motaparthi. “It was about creating pieces that feel good to live in. Mile Collective is an extension of that thinking. Clothes that support your day, without demanding anything from you.”

The OnTheGo Collection
Mile Collective launches with its debut range, OnTheGo, which centres on women moving through their daily routines comfortably and confidently. The collection reflects the brand’s core philosophy of creating clothing that adapts to everyday life without compromise.
