πInterviews
StartupTalky presents Recap'25, a series of exclusive interviews where we connect with founders and industry leaders to reflect on their journey in 2025 and discuss their vision for the future.
In this edition of Recapβ25, StartupTalky speaks with Sandeep Singh, Managing Director of Brawn Globus, who reflects on how Indiaβs real estate and interior fit-out landscape is evolving toward integrated, execution-driven solutions. Singh shares how occupiers today demand more than design aestheticsβthey seek reliability, speed, accountability, and seamless coordination across the entire project lifecycle, especially in large-scale corporate, retail, hospitality, and institutional developments.
He goes on to discuss how Brawn Globus has positioned itself as a one-stop, design-build and turnkey project management partner by combining design excellence with rigorous execution. The conversation explores the importance of integrated planning, sustainability, client-centric design, and operational discipline in delivering complex projects on time and within budget. Singh also outlines Brawn Globusβs long-term vision of expanding across India and global markets, while continuing to build trust-driven relationships and scalable systems that support consistent quality and long-term growth.
StartupTalky: What is the core focus of Brawn Globus's work across projects, segments, and services, and what long-term vision continues to guide your decisions?
Sandeep Singh: Atββββββββββββββββ Brawn Globus, our primary focus is on providing end-to-end integrated spatial solutions that are aligned with the client's vision and are a perfect blend of design excellence and rigorous project execution. We are active in the corporate, retail, hospitality, institutional, and IT segments and offer design and build, fit-out, interiors, and turnkey project management services under one roof.
Our value proposition is based on perfectly integrated planning, hassle-free coordination, and in-depth expertise in every stage of the project, from the conceptual design to the final handover. Such an integrated approach provides us with the opportunity to execute complex projects within the stipulated time and budget and also surpass the expectations of the clients. This is the reason why quality, functionality, and aesthetic value are not compromised at any ββββββββββββββββtime.
StartupTalky: Reflecting on the past year, what were the most significant challenges your company faced in the real estate sector, and how were these challenges overcome?
Sandeep Singh: Duringββββββββββββββββ the year, Brawn Globus has been successful in maintaining its status as the top-level integrated design-build and project management company. Some of the key operational milestones that we have realized are the successful completion of our projects of different types, including corporate offices for global clients like VTB Bank (Russiaβs Leading Financial Institution), Moodyβs, Accenture, FCB & many more as well as retail environments, and institutional spaces. These successes are the outcome of our constant concentration on the quality of the delivery and the satisfaction of the clients.
Moreover, we have renewed our pledge to the innovation of the design and its implementation, thus enabling us to be the leader in each project that we take, which has the features of being sustainable, functional, and a well-considered spatial ββββββββββββββββsolution.
StartupTalky: How does your real estate company stay ahead of industry trends to influence product offerings and marketing strategies?

Sandeep Singh: Our approach is anchored in staying deeply connected to how occupiers, investors, and cities are evolving and not just reacting to trends but anticipating them. We continuously track shifts in workplace behavior, regulatory frameworks, sustainability benchmarks, and cost dynamics through market research, client feedback, and on-ground project insights.
StartupTalky: In the evolving real estate landscape, what key metrics does your company track to assess growth and performance?
Sandeep Singh: Byββββββββββββββββ using a fully integrated approach, we make it easier for our clients to understand and deal with complex situations. Instead of clients having to handle different vendors, they get the advantage of one single point of accountability, which is in charge of the whole process from concept to completion. We are a company that organizes design, engineering, procurement, and execution, thereby making the transitions between the phases very smooth and giving the client a minimal risk of delays.
This integrated model was a great advantage; in fact, it has been very instrumental and effective, especially in large-scale corporate interiors and complicated fit-out environments where the success of the project depends on the timelines, practical logistics, and design ββββββββββββββββcoherence.
StartupTalky: What are the unique selling propositions (USPs) of your real estate projects, and how have these contributed to your brand's success?
Sandeep Singh: Weββββββββββββββββ base our design philosophy on deeply understanding client goals first, as we feel that the design should show the purpose, usability, and client identity. It is the collaborative dialogue that each of the stages from early planning and 3D conceptualization to the material selection and final execution is grounded in.
Moreover, we are willing to balance visual creativity with practical effectiveness, thus enabling the stakeholders to see the spaces that are not only attractive but also functional. Our way of working is centered around research, exclusive solutions, and continuous communication; hence, every result is in line with the strategic ββββββββββββββββpurpose.
StartupTalky: Can you share any successful growth hacks or marketing strategies that your real estate company has implemented?
Sandeep Singh: Sustainabilityββββββββββββββββ and quality must be at the core of the business; they cannot be an option. We put a strong focus on material optimization, production that meets the current standards and, if it is the case, environmentally friendly practices. It is about selecting the solutions that make the product durable without unnecessary waste, and that can ensure performance in the long term.
These are also measures that are implemented to safety assurance, changes, and quality control protocols that every project undergoes so that customers can be sure to get efficient, safe, and up to date ββββββββββββββββspaces.
StartupTalky: What is your business vision for the next five years, and what strategic steps are planned for achieving your goals?
Sandeep Singh: Withinββββββββββββββββ the period of five years, our plan is to spread the influence of Brawn Globus not only all over India but also in international markets and at the same time maintain our status as a top company supplying turnkey and integrated project solutions.
It will be a part of our strategy to deepen the leadership team, commit the money to the systems and technology which improve the control of the project and step by step enlarge the business by taking up bigger and more complicated ββββββββββββββββassignments.
StartupTalky: As a leader in the real estate industry, how do you cultivate a business culture of mutual respect within your team?
Sandeep Singh: Client feedback reflects deep appreciation for our execution reliability, integrated service model, and dedicated project teams. Testimonials highlight our ability to provide hassle-free experiences, quality coordination, and adherence to timelines, while maintaining high standards of workmanship.
These positive endorsements underscore the trust clients place in us as a partner capable of delivering large, complex projects with professionalism and attention to detail.
StartupTalky: Looking ahead, what opportunities do you foresee for future growth in the Indian and global real estate industry?
Sandeep Singh: Ourββββββββββββββββ vision is to grow the brand of our company in different strategically selected markets both in India and the GCC; also, we plan to keep catering to the sectors that we have been serving like corporate, retail, hospitality, and institutions and at the same time, we want to go into the new verticals where there will be a need for integrated spatial solutions. So that means we will be getting more deeply involved in the kinds of developments that are mixed-use and architectural programs that are sustainable.
We will broaden our horizons through investments in cutting-edge technology, building up our delivery teams, and improving the methods that we use to achieve excellence in project delivery. β β
StartupTalky: Share key business lessons learned during your entrepreneurial journey. What advice would you offer to fellow real estate founders based on your experience?
Sandeep Singh: Long-termββββββββββββββββ success in real estate, as I have discovered through my most significant lessons, is essentially founded on trust, discipline, and consistency. The expansion of a company should not be allowed to override the quality of the performance or the principle of honesty.
If I were to advise other founders, I would tell them to not only be physically but mentally and emotionally close to the business, to place money where their mouths are and people in positions that match their skills, and to devote their energy and time to creating scalable and sustainable systems and processes. I.e., while it is true that numbers count, reputation and relationships count even more over time. ββββββββββExplore more Recap'25 interviews here.
