📝Interviews
StartupTalky presents Recap'25, a series of exclusive interviews where we connect with founders and industry leaders to reflect on their journey in 2025 and discuss their vision for the future.
In this edition of Recap’25, StartupTalky speaks with Satish Kumar Singh, Founder of MY LYF CARE, who reflects on a year marked by the shift from pilot-driven digital health experiments to scalable, outcome-focused care models in India. As hospitals, insurers, and patients increasingly embraced integrated digital health solutions in 2025, the focus moved toward measurable improvements in access, efficiency, and continuity of care.
Singh shares how MY LYF CARE advanced its AI-powered care intelligence platform, combining predictive analytics, connected devices, and digital therapeutics to enable risk stratification, remote interventions, and improved patient adherence. The conversation explores how data-driven triage and automation are helping providers prioritize high-risk patients, streamline clinical workflows, and deliver more proactive care in hybrid and remote settings.
StartupTalky: How would you summarise this year for your company in terms of growth, key initiatives, and impact across patient or provider outcomes?
Satish Kumar Singh: This year, My Lyf Care made significant progress by forging new partnerships, building on our core offerings, and implementing measurable improvements in access and provider efficiency. All our initiatives were centered on implementing scalable and patient-friendly healthcare, culminating in better outcomes and laying the foundation for future scaling. The year established My Lyf Care as an important partner that offers high-quality scalable healthcare solutions.
StartupTalky: What breakthrough innovations or clinical validations did your team achieve this year, especially in areas like AI, digital therapeutics, remote care, or device intelligence?
Satish Kumar Singh: There have been significant developments in My Lyf Care with respect to care intelligence through AI, which enabled a comprehensive care solution by amalgamating prediction, devices, and digital therapeutics. The care intelligence through validation of our pilot projects has enabled patients to be risk-stratified,adherent, with effective distant interventions. The device intelligence stack has made it possible to accurately collect data, which helps in distant care interventions.
StartupTalky: Healthtech adoption has accelerated across hospitals, insurers, and consumers. What notable shifts or behavioural patterns did you observe in the Indian healthcare ecosystem this year?
Satish Kumar Singh: In the present year, we noticed that there has been a maturity sale in the use of health tech in the healthcare system in India. The hospitals have started scaling down from pilots to enterprise-wide deployments in health tech, including remote healthcare, medical decision support systems, and automation. There has been an emphasis on hospital information systems that are seamless in integration.
The Indian healthtech space has witnessed a transitioning phase this year, shifting from an experimentation phase to scaled adoption. The space has moved towards hospitals adopting integrated and ROI-driven digital solutions, insurance players adopting preventive and outcome-based healthcare delivery, and consumers adopting continuous home-based healthcare delivery.
StartupTalky: How are you using AI, data intelligence, or automation to improve clinical efficiency, reduce costs, or enhance the patient experience? Please share any measurable improvements where possible.
Satish Kumar Singh: At My Lyf Care, we use AI, data intelligence, and automation to ensure that care delivery becomes even more proactive, efficient, and centered on the patient. The use of our AI-powered risk stratification and triage engine enables care providers to focus on high-risk patients, thus allowing the healthcare providers to respond faster and use healthcare resources better. This has ensured faster response times and better care continuity in remote and hybrid environments.
StartupTalky: What were the biggest operational or regulatory challenges your organisation faced, and what helped you navigate them effectively?
Satish Kumar Singh: Our key challenges consisted of the scaling of operations without risking the quality of care and staying up with the evolving regulations in the field of digital health. This need was met through the aid of robust clinical governance and an intense collaborative effort between the clinical, tech, and operations teams.
StartupTalky: As you look ahead to the coming year, what major opportunities do you foresee in India’s healthtech landscape, whether in partnerships, technology, policy, or care delivery?
Satish Kumar Singh: The immediate healthtech opportunity for India stands at a point of integrated partnerships, AI-enabled predictive care, and policy-back data interoperability. It would be more inclined toward outcome-driven, hybrid care models that improve access, quality, and cost efficiency at scale.
StartupTalky: What will be your top three strategic priorities for the new year in terms of product roadmap, market expansion, and strengthening patient trust?
Satish Kumar Singh: The top three priorities on our strategic roadmap for the new year include:
First is the product roadmap: And we will advance our AI-driven care intelligence and remote care capabilities with heavy emphasis on clinical validation, interoperability, and ease of integration for providers.
Second-market expansion: deepening partnerships with leading hospitals, insurers, employers, and ecosystem players, while selectively expanding into new geographies and care programs.
Third-strengthening patient trust-will be foundational. We will continue to invest in clinical governance, data privacy and security, transparent communication, and patient-centric design.
