Dhruv Shringi and Manish Amin are the Founders of Yatra

Dhruv Shringi, yatra co-founder

Dhruv Shringi successfully leads Yatra since 2006. He is also the Chairman of FICCI’s online travel and technology committee. He did his MBA from INSEAD and he is also a Chartered Accountant. Dhruv now looks after Yatra’s business operations and directs the company. Manish Amin is another co-founder of Yatra. He has more than 30 years of experience in the travel and IT sector. He was managing the EBookers group in London for around 15 years. He now manages data centers, products and technology development at Yatra. The company was a three-member organization in 2006 and now it has 2500+ employees.

The company faced a 10% decrease in revenue from INR 220.7 Cr to INR 196.6Cr in FY19. The profit earned during the third quarter of FY19 is also an 18% decrease from the previous fiscal year. But the EBITDA profit saw a greater increase in profit of INR 20.5Cr in FY19. Around 7 million customers have availed of Yatra’s services since 2006.
