Amruta Kharnal: Traditionally, the technology industry has had fewer women in leadership, which has created a lot of challenges. Women in technology are often few in their roles and they tend not to have a lot of representation or role models early in their careers. Beyond Key is recognizing this as an issue for the industry. As a result of it, we are actively working to create an environment and culture where Talent and Contribution supersede Hierarchy and Background.

Amruta Kharnal: With regards to my career at Beyond Key, I believe my greatest accomplishment has been helping our clients across the globe. I feel blessed to aid our clients in becoming more modernized and efficient through processes/technologies like AI and cloud computing. In terms of growth, it can be measured by talent, capability, and recognition. Balancing technology changes with delivering quality has been the hardest challenge for me. Finally, adapting to a rapidly changing global economic climate while maintaining our company's values/culture has taken me a lot of discipline, perseverance, and teamwork.

Likewise, it is equally important for young women to have confidence in their ability to communicate, lead and develop as leaders.
Finding mentors, maintaining a sense of curiosity, and participating in projects that challenge your skills will increase your chances of success. The technology industry rewards those who innovate and persist.
