Accenture Leases INR 325 Cr Office Space in Pune for New GCC

In a deal worth approximately INR 325 crore, Accenture leased over 6 lakh sq ft of office space in Pune for installing a global capability centre (GCC). The deal, so, represents one of the year's largest commercial real estate deals in the city. Space at Phoenix Millennium Towers is leased for a period of more than fifteen years. Highlighting Accenture's ongoing expansion in India, the facility will be home to a new global capability center.

The magnitude and duration of the deal indicate a substantial, long-term commitment to India's delivery and technological ecosystem. It is anticipated that Accenture will gradually move into the facility, with full operations likely to take place by June. Global activities, including innovation and technology development, will receive support from the new center.
