The flexible workspace provider Awfis Space Solutions Ltd has opened a premium workplace centre at Aerocity's Prestige Trade Center in New Delhi, spanning 100,000 square feet. Global capability centres (GCCs) and major corporations will be the primary users of the new building. Global competence centres (GCCs) and enterprise occupiers can choose from a variety of built-to-suit and ready-to-move-in facilities at the new centre, which is called Elite by Awfis.
