What Exiting Employees of Cloudflare will Receive?

Cloudflare promised what it called "industry-leading support packages" to employees who left the company. Included in these packages is full base salary all the way through the end of 2026. Additionally, they will continue to receive healthcare support in the US until the end of the year. In addition, equity vesting will continue for employees until August 15. Finally, the one-year equity cliff will be waived for workers, and they will obtain accelerated vesting until August.

Rather than implementing a series of smaller layoffs over the course of several quarters, the corporation opted for a single massive restructure, according to executives.
