Blacksmith Raises $45 Million Series B Funding
Blacksmith raised $45 million in Series B funding at a valuation of $550 million. Peak XV Partners led the round, with existing investors Google Ventures and Y Combinator also joining. The round takes Blacksmith's total funding to $58.5 million. The company will use the capital to expand into a broader suite of coding tools that help developers write, test and merge software faster.
Blacksmith was co-founded in 2024 by Aditya Jayaprakash, Aayush Shah and Aditya Maru. It runs a cloud platform for GitHub Actions continuous integration workflows and says its platform can run CI workflows twice as fast at half the cost. Blacksmith now serves more than 5,000 customers, including Mercury, Supabase and Clerk, up from over 700 customers less than a year ago.
Centricity Raises INR 280 Crore Series A Funding
Centricity raised INR 280 crore in Series A funding led by SMBC Asia Rising Fund. Existing investors Lightspeed India Partners, Burman Family Office, RAAY Investments, Stride Ventures and InnoVen Capital also took part. The fresh funds will improve Centricity's technology platform, expand its distribution network, and grow its private wealth and NRI businesses.
Founded in 2022, Centricity is a Gurugram-based wealth management company. It serves financial advisors, family offices and high net worth individuals through products such as mutual funds, insurance, bonds and global investment options. Centricity currently manages more than INR 15,000 crore in assets and works with over one lakh investors.
Unico Housing Finance Raises INR 55 Crore Follow-On Funding
Unico Housing Finance raised INR 55 crore in a follow-on round led by Anicut Capital, joined by existing investor UC Impower. The fresh capital will strengthen Unico's balance sheet, improve its operational capabilities, and support a calibrated pace of expansion.
Unico Housing Finance is an affordable housing finance company. It has grown its assets under management to more than INR 730 crore as of 30 June 2026, supported by its branch network and underwriting capabilities. The company plans to keep scaling as India's affordable housing finance market expands.
Scrubsy Raises INR 27 Crore Funding
Scrubsy raised INR 27 crore from V3 Ventures. The fresh capital will mainly expand manufacturing and grow the business, with Scrubsy continuing to invest in in-house manufacturing and product development.
Founded in 2025 by Kartik Sibal, Ishan Suri, Nitin Jain and Aditya Bhasin, Scrubsy is a Gurugram-based home cleaning products startup that operates under BoldChem. It makes foam-based kitchen cleaners, bathroom cleaners and shoe cleaning products, and uses AI to study customer reviews and guide product development.
Invisel Raises INR 4 Crore Funding
Invisel raised INR 4 crore in a round led by IAN Angel Fund, along with BeyondSeed and FAAD Capital. This is Invisel's first external funding after building a profitable business through bootstrapped operations. The funds will set up a manufacturing and research facility in Pune and support international expansion.
Founded by Atharva Ulangwar and Sumedh Yeolekar, Invisel makes India's first nanotechnology-based home surface protection products. Its invisible coatings protect glass, marble, tiles and fabric from stains and wear. The company has served more than 60,000 customers across 900-plus pin codes and generated INR 5.2 crore in FY26 revenue while staying profitable.
Brilliance Cosmocare Raises INR 1.65 Crore Seed Funding
Brilliance Cosmocare raised INR 1.65 crore, about $200,000, in a seed round from a pool of family offices and institutional investors. The funds will go into clinical infrastructure, product development and the expansion of its Skin Record data platform.
Brilliance Cosmocare is a Mumbai-based skin health venture founded by aesthetic surgeon Dr Ashok Patel. Over ten years of clinical practice, the doctor-led venture has treated more than 12,000 patients and built a 4.9-star reputation across 500 verified reviews. It focuses on diagnosis and long-term skin monitoring rather than one-off procedures.
KshatraLabs Raises Pre-Seed Funding From Finvolve
KshatraLabs raised an undisclosed pre-seed investment from Finvolve and India Accelerator. The funds will support product development, engineering talent, certifications and field validation for its counter-drone systems.
KshatraLabs is a defence tech startup building HAWK, an autonomous aerial interceptor that can detect, track and neutralise hostile drones at speeds up to 300 km/h with under five seconds of launch readiness. The company has completed hardware-in-the-loop testing at 90 m/s and engaged with the Indian Armed Forces on its systems.

Infra.Market is exploring a reverse listing through Shalimar Paints. The listed paints company is considering acquiring equity shares and preference shares of Infra.Market's parent, Hella Infra Market, through a share swap worth about INR 10,545 crore. If the deal goes through, Hella Infra Market may become an unlisted subsidiary of Shalimar Paints.
The move comes as Infra.Market prepares for its own IPO. The company filed draft papers through the confidential route in October 2025 and received SEBI's observations in January 2026. It has not announced any change to its IPO plans following the proposed transaction. Bluehill.VC Closes Maiden Frontier Tech Fund At INR 400 Crore
Bluehill.VC announced the final close of its maiden frontier tech fund at INR 400 crore, including an INR 50 crore greenshoe option. The fund is backed by SIDBI, the governments of Kerala and Uttar Pradesh, family offices and UHNIs from India and the Middle East. It will invest in startups across defence, semiconductors, space, energy and robotics.
