Gold-plated silver jewellery brand Goyaz has raised INR 130 crore in a Series A funding round led by Norwest Venture Partners, marking its first institutional investment. Eyewear company Lenskart is preparing to introduce its first pair of AI-powered smart glasses by end of December 2025. Internally dubbed “B by Lenskart Smartglasses”, the wearable is expected to incorporate UPI payment capabilities, health & wellness tracking and AI-based interactions. The device is likely to use the Qualcomm Snapdragon AR1 Gen 1 platform, consistent with a previous partnership between Lenskart and Qualcomm.
Shadowfax Technologies Files for INR 2,000 Crore IPO
Logistics-tech company Shadowfax Technologies has filed its Draft Red Herring Prospectus (DRHP) with the Securities and Exchange Board of India (SEBI) to raise up to INR 2,000 crore through an IPO (INR 1,000 crore fresh issue + INR 1,000 crore offer for sale). The funds will be used for expanding network infrastructure, leasing new first-mile and last-mile &-sort centres, branding/marketing, inorganic acquisitions and corporate purposes.
