Vaaree Raises ₹65 Crore in Series A

Vaaree is a Bengaluru-based home décor and furnishings marketplace founded in 2022 by Garima, Varun Vohra, and team. The platform offers over 1.5 lakh curated products across décor, furnishings, bed and bath, kitchen, and lighting.

The company raised ₹65 crore (~$6.6 million) in a Series A round led by Hero Enterprise and Cap Alpha Ventures, formerly known as Client Associates Alternate Fund. Existing investors Peak XV's Surge, PeerCapital, All In Capital, Better Capital, OTP Ventures, and Kunal Shah have previously backed the startup.

Vaaree will use the funds to expand its fulfilment and quality verification centres, bring inventory closer to customers, and invest in its AI-powered VibeCheck product discovery platform. The company is targeting next-day deliveries across major Indian cities.

GetVantage Secures ₹63 Crore in Series A1

GetVantage is a Mumbai-based B2B fintech platform founded in 2020 by Bhavik Vasa. It embeds financing solutions into marketplaces and merchant ecosystems, enabling MSMEs to access growth capital without equity dilution or heavy collateral.

The company raised ₹63 crore (~$6.6 million) in hybrid capital (equity and debt) in a Series A1 round co-led by Rajeev Ahuja and SanRaj Group, with participation from Chiratae Ventures, Varanium Fintech Fund, and VCMint. The round takes GetVantage's total committed funding capacity to over ₹700 crore.

Proceeds will fund expansion and accelerate its evolution into an AI-native capital gateway. The company plans to announce several strategic seller financing partnerships and scale its plug-and-play API ecosystem for B2B e-commerce platforms and logistics hubs.

Superleap Raises ₹36 Crore in Pre-Series A

Superleap is an enterprise AI CRM startup founded in 2024 by former Unacademy operators Subham Kumar Boundia, Alok Maurya, and Saurabh Maheshwari. The platform combines revenue data, customer intelligence, and AI agents to automate tasks across the sales cycle.

The company raised ₹36 crore (~$3.7 million) in a pre-Series A round led by Peak XV's Surge. Angel investors including Deepinder Goyal, Kunal Shah, Gaurav Munjal, Anupam Mittal, Mukesh Bansal, and Nikhil Kamath are also on the cap table alongside Gruhas and Supermorpheus Group.

The fresh capital will go towards expanding enterprise go-to-market operations and developing AI platform capabilities. Superleap counts Razorpay, Aakash Education, MediBuddy, and Cars24 among its customers, and claims 10x growth over the past year.

Kily Raises ₹30 Crore in Seed Round

Kily is a Bengaluru-based agentic enterprise AI startup founded in 2025 by Sankalp Mehrotra, Anurag Singh, and Sharad Chitlangia. Its AI agents help consumer brands manage operations across e-commerce and quick commerce platforms including Amazon, Flipkart, Blinkit, Zepto, and Swiggy Instamart.

The company raised ₹30 crore (~$3.1 million) in a seed round led by Sorin Investments, with participation from Razorpay and Wyser Capital. ITC is among its early customers.

Funds will strengthen product capabilities, expand go-to-market operations, and increase adoption among consumer brands in India. Kily's platform automates decisions around product visibility, advertising, pricing, and inventory management across digital commerce channels.

NYAI Raises $1.5 Million in Seed Round

NYAI is a Pune-based legal AI and regulatory intelligence platform founded in March 2025 by Chinmay Bhosale and Vikrant Labde. Its AI models are trained on millions of Indian court judgments, tribunal orders, acts, and regulatory updates, and the platform prioritises verifiable citations over simple text generation.

NYAI raised $1.5 million (~₹13 crore) in a seed round from a consortium of prominent Indian family offices, with participation from strategic angel investors.

Capital will be used for technology development, expanding its compliance ecosystem, and strengthening its presence among enterprises, listed companies, and law firms. NYAI supports on-premises deployment and integrates with clients' existing large language model infrastructure.

Profound Raises $1.5 Million in Seed Round

Profound is a Bengaluru-based AI startup founded by Anuj Rathi and Prashant Parashar, former product and technology leaders with experience at Swiggy, Zomato, Cleartrip, Flipkart, Ola, and Walmart Labs. The platform offers professionals an AI-powered representative that learns about their experience and career goals through a voice conversation, then recommends opportunities and facilitates introductions.

Profound raised $1.5 million (~₹13 crore) in a seed round with participation from Stellaris Venture Partners and 3one4 Capital, alongside angel investors including Swiggy CEO Sriharsha Majety, Swiggy co-founder Nandan Reddy, former Zomato co-founder Pankaj Chaddah, Razorpay CEO Harshil Mathur, and OfBusiness co-founder Bhuvan Gupta.

The capital will fund engineering and product team expansion, AI capability development, and growth of its matching engine. Profound plans to onboard one million professionals globally before opening wider beta access later this year.

Zoppler Systems Raises ₹6.5 Crore in Seed Round

Zoppler Systems is a Bengaluru-based defence and dual-use technology company co-founded in November 2024 by Om Rana, Prakash Ramachandra, and Shridhar YB. The startup develops indigenous RF sensing products and a vendor-agnostic decision and autonomy platform, with applications across airborne, ground, naval, and future space domains.

The company raised ₹6.5 crore in a round co-led by Finvolve and India Accelerator.

Proceeds will accelerate product development, strengthen field validation of indigenous technologies, expand engineering capabilities, and scale deployments. Beyond defence, Zoppler also targets dual-use applications across critical infrastructure including ports, airports, energy facilities, and logistics.

Nykaa Q1 FY27 Net Profit Triples to ₹79.8 Crore, Board Approves Aminu Wellness Acquisition

Nykaa reported a consolidated net profit of ₹79.8 crore for Q1 FY27, up from ₹24.8 crore in the year-ago quarter. Geotech company MapmyIndia posted a consolidated net profit of ₹50.4 crore for Q1 FY27, a 6.3% increase from ₹47.4 crore in the same period last year. Operating revenue rose nearly 15% year-on-year to ₹139.7 crore, while total income including other income stood at ₹159.4 crore. On a sequential basis, both revenue and profit dipped modestly from Q4 FY26 levels. Total expenses for the quarter were ₹92.9 crore.

Apple Briefly Removes Telegram From App Store Over CSAM Content

Apple temporarily removed Telegram from its global App Store after an App Store review identified content that breached its child sexual abuse material policies. The app was restored after Telegram removed the content and banned the user responsible, with Apple confirming the reinstatement.
