“Every Key Is a Thank You”: Jodhpur-Based Mediagarh Gifts Four Cars for Diwali
“Sneh Milan is our way of saying thank you to the people behind Mediagarh,” said Pankaj Budhwani, Founder of the Jodhpur-based education marketing agency, as four employees received the keys to new cars at the company’s annual Diwali celebration on Dhanteras.
Sneh Milan 3.0 was held at Hotel Madhuram Royale and brought together employees from the Jodhpur, Jaipur and Bengaluru offices, along with their families and guests. More than 250 people attended, including over 100 team members.
Among the recipients was Mehak Lalwani, Senior Account Manager, who had opened the programme with the first speech of the day. She received an i20 and, like many in the hall, responded with visible emotion and gratitude. Pranjal Mathur, Web Developer, and Aman Usmani, Lead UI/UX Designer, each received a Tata Tiago. Nitin Sisodiya, Project Manager, received a Harrier. The recipients were chosen for their performance and the value they have added to Mediagarh. This year’s four cars follow one in the first edition and two last year.
“Recognition has always been part of our culture. Seeing our people celebrate with their families makes every effort worthwhile,” said Vanshika Agarwal, Co-founder of Mediagarh, who also addressed the gathering.
Before the keys were handed over, the evening was a showcase of talent. The boys and girls of the Jodhpur team each delivered a dance performance, and the Jaipur team’s act ended with everyone joining them on stage. A mixed Jodhpur group then closed the performances, and employees across teams danced together. Games and activities led by the anchor kept the energy high throughout.
Diwali hampers were distributed to all departments, and 15 silver and 15 gold awards were given to team members for exceptional performance.
The celebration ended with a gratitude speech from Budhwani and Agarwal and a group photograph of the entire Mediagarh family.
