IBM Spreading its Wings in India

Additionally, IBM will cover the fit-out rent of approximately 2.98 crore rupees every month for a period of five years, up until March 2031, bringing the total fit-out rent to 179 crore Indian rupees. Located in Sector 59, Gurugram, Tata Realty and Infrastructure's Intellion Park offers 230,000 square feet of office space, which the business leased earlier this year. Ahmedabad, Bengaluru, Delhi, Kolkata, Mumbai, and Noida are among the major metropolitan locations where the corporation now has facilities.

This agreement follows a recent analysis from real estate firm Knight Frank India, which found that office leasing numbers in India remained stable in the first nine months of 2026 (9M CY2026). Hence, mirroring levels observed during the same period last year. A total of 66.7 million square feet (msf) were transacted in the eight primary markets mentioned in the study.
