Pluro Raises ₹125 Crore Series A Funding Led by Bessemer Venture Partners at ₹1,000 Crore Valuation
Pluro is redefining fertility care by partnering with top IVF specialists to offer a world-class, tech-driven “couple-first” experience.
Pluro Fertility and IVF, a healthcare partnership platform, has raised ₹125 crore in a Series A funding round led by Bessemer Venture Partners, valuing the company at ₹1,000 crore.
The funding marks a significant milestone in Pluro’s mission to collaborate with India’s most accomplished fertility specialists and help millions of couples realise their dream of parenthood. Prominent angel investors, including Vikram Chatwal (MediAssist), Dharmil Sheth and Hardik Dedhia (PharmEasy/All Home), Salil Musale (Astarc Ventures), Shalibhadra Shah and Niket Shah (Motilal Oswal), and Karan Kapur (K Hospitality), also participated in the round.
Founded in 2025 by Dr Jaydeep Tank, Dr Parikshit Tank, and Dr Bhaskar Shah, Pluro partners with successful independent IVF specialists across India through a clinical partnership model that maintains doctor autonomy while providing centralised operational support. This allows clinicians to focus entirely on patient outcomes while scaling their practices sustainably.
Pluro aims to establish 25 fertility centres across India by March 2026, each in collaboration with a leading fertility specialist with at least a decade of proven clinical expertise.
“India’s most respected fertility specialists have spent decades building trusted patient relationships and delivering consistent clinical outcomes. Operational bottlenecks and bandwidth limit their ability to scale and invest in technology and infrastructure. Pluro solves for this and enables them to serve couples truly becoming partners in the journey to Parenthood enabled by Tech, research, great infrastructure and state of the art care,” said Dr Jaydeep Tank, Co-founder & CEO of Pluro Fertility, on behalf of the founders. “Pluro supports everything outside the consultation room – so doctors can do what they do best: help create families.”
Pluro oversees all non-clinical functions across its partner clinics, including practice management, technology, compliance, and marketing. Each partner doctor receives equity participation, aligning incentives across the network and enabling wealth creation as Pluro scales.
The company intends to expand rapidly, targeting a pan-India presence with over 100 partner clinics within three years. The newly raised funds will be used to strengthen its network, enhance technology infrastructure, and deepen clinical expertise in advanced reproductive science.
“India needs scalable, credible fertility care now more than ever,” said Nithin Kaimal, Partner and COO at Bessemer Venture Partners India. “Pluro brings together world-class medical leadership and a thoughtful partnership model for doctors, backed by strong execution. We are excited to partner with them to build India’s leading fertility platform.”
