AllHome Raises Rs 200 Crore at Rs 2,000 Crore Valuation

Home improvement startup AllHome has raised Rs 200 crore in a Series B led by Bessemer Venture Partners, with participation from Strides and several family offices, at a valuation of Rs 2,000 crore. Founded in June 2025 by PharmEasy co-founders Dharmil Sheth, Dhaval Shah, and Hardik Dedhia, the company later added Siddharth Shah as a co-founder.

AllHome operates a house of brands platform across surfaces, hardware, bathware, facades, windows, and lighting. Within 12 months of launch, the company claims an ARR of over Rs 400 crore and EBITDA margins of 18 to 20%. The fresh capital will expand experience centres and strengthen its technology platform.

Alienkind Raises $3.2 Million in Pre-Series A Round

Gen Z-focused cafe chain Alienkind has raised $3.2 million in a pre-Series A from existing investors including Super.Money founder Prakash Sikaria, Flipkart SVP Ravi Iyer, and Bain's global head of innovation Arpan Sheth. Founded in 2024 by Vikram Kakkireni and Abhishek Kumar, the brand runs eight outlets across Bengaluru and Delhi, offering a sci-fi-inspired menu of superfood beverages, layered fruit drinks, burgers, and sandwiches.

Alienkind is targeting $10 million ARR by end of FY27 and plans to scale to 100 stores by FY28. Funds will go toward new market expansion and its next phase of growth.

Finnovate Raises $2 Million in Pre-Series A from Angel Investors

Finnovate Financial Services, a financial planning platform, has raised approximately $2 million in a pre-Series A from angel investors including Ramakant Deshpande and others. Co-founded by Nehal Mota and Naveen Singh, the firm recently received a Portfolio Management Services licence and is launching a Multi Asset PMS Strategy.

Apple Hikes iPad and MacBook Prices in India by Up to 88%

Apple has raised prices of MacBooks, iPads, Apple TV, and HomePod devices in India by 14% to 88%, citing unprecedented memory and storage cost inflation driven by AI data centre demand. The entry-level MacBook now costs Rs 79,900 (up from Rs 69,900), and the MacBook Pro 14-inch has jumped to Rs 2.39 lakh from Rs 1.69 lakh. iPad prices rose by Rs 15,000 to Rs 70,000 depending on model.

Apple TV 4K variants now start at Rs 25,900, up from Rs 14,900. iPhones have so far been spared. Apple stock fell over 6% on the announcement. Microsoft has also raised Xbox prices by $100 to $150 for similar reasons.

Foxconn Invests $37.2 Million in India Subsidiary

iPhone manufacturer Foxconn has invested $37.2 million into its Indian subsidiary, continuing to deepen its manufacturing commitment in India. Delhi High Court Orders Meesho to Delist Jockey Trademark Infringers

The Delhi High Court has passed an interim order directing Meesho to take down listings of products deceptively similar to Jockey-branded apparel within 36 hours of receiving the order. Justice Jyoti Singh, in the May 29 order, found a prima facie case of trademark infringement, with copycat products sold under names including JOYKE, JOYEBEE, JOYESS, and JOJOKE.

The court also directed Meesho to furnish KYC details, transaction records, and IP logs of the infringing sellers within four weeks. Jockey had approached the court after Meesho refused to delist the products without a court order. The matter is next listed for September 24.
