JSW One acquires BuildNext; transaction sees continued participation from Pidilite Ventures
JSW One Platforms Limited, India’s leading tech-enabled B2B commerce platform for construction and manufacturing MSMEs, today announced the acquisition of BuildNext Construction Solutions Private Limited (BuildNext), a home design and project management company.
The acquisition builds on JSW One’s existing home construction platform, JSW One Homes, and marks a strategic step in strengthening its presence in India’s fast-evolving home construction and renovation ecosystem. With this, JSW One further enhances its ability to serve Individual Home Builders (IHBs), contractors, architects, and homeowners through a more integrated digital offering spanning materials procurement, design, execution, and project management.
As part of the transaction, Pidilite Ventures Pvt. Ltd., a wholly owned subsidiary of Pidilite Industries Limited, will transfer its shareholding in BuildNext to JSW One through a share-swap arrangement at a mutually agreed valuation, subject to customary closing conditions. PVPL will also continue to participate in BuildNext’s growth.
This continued participation reflects a shared conviction in the long-term opportunity to build a more organised and technology-led home construction ecosystem. The combination of JSW One’s supply chain strength, distribution reach, and embedded credit capabilities with BuildNext’s design and project management expertise is expected to significantly enhance value delivery to customers.
