Nadella Steals the Show with His Live Demo Nadella used Azure AI Foundry and GitHub Copilot to live-code the app during a Microsoft event in Hyderabad.  He gave it the task of using 2025 auction data to create the ideal IPL team by comparing leadership metrics and batting ability. In a meeting with Prime Minister Narendra Modi on 9 December, global CEO Satya Nadella outlined the company's intention to expand skilling and ongoing operations in addition to augmenting cloud and AI infrastructure in the country.

This statement highlights the significance of India in Microsoft's worldwide strategy and is the company's largest-ever investment in Asia. The business has committed to investing $20.5 billion (more than INR 1.8 lakh crore) in India over the next four years, adding to the $3 billion declared at the beginning of the year.
