Smart Parking Startup Blyp Raises ₹50 Lakh After Featuring on Zee TV’s IdeaBaaz

Blyp, India’s leading smart parking solutions provider (formerly known as ParkMate), was recently featured on Zee TV and ZEE5’s entrepreneurship show, IdeaBaaz, which highlights India’s most promising startups and visionary founders driving real-world impact.

The fourth episode of IdeaBaaz, featuring Blyp, aired on 2 November 2025 at 6:30 PM and 10:30 PM, where the company’s co-founders showcased their mission to transform how India parks its cars.

Blyp’s appearance on IdeaBaaz marks another significant milestone in its journey of innovation and recognition. During the episode, the founders demonstrated how Blyp is tackling one of India’s long-standing urban challenges — inefficient and unsafe parking — through its quick parking app that enables users to park in under two minutes.

In a major development, Blyp raised ₹50 lakh in funding from Mr Sandesh Sharda, one of the show’s titans. The investment forms part of an ongoing bridge round following its Pre-Series A fundraise. The newly raised capital will be used to strengthen Blyp’s technology stack, expand across metro and tier-2 cities, and onboard more malls, corporates, and institutional clients.

Dhananjaya Bharadwaj, Co-founder & CEO, Blyp, said:

“Being featured on IdeaBaaz is a proud moment for our entire team. It’s a platform that recognises innovation and entrepreneurial drive, and we’re thrilled to share how Blyp is changing the way India parks. With our new funding, we aim to accelerate our expansion and bring faster, more sustainable parking experience to millions of car owners across India.”

Abhimanyu Singh, Co-founder & COO, Blyp, added:

“Our vision has always been to make parking effortless through technology. From tackling everyday challenges like unavailability and manual payments to enabling digital-first parking ecosystems for corporates and smart cities — Blyp is creating impact at every level. This recognition and support will help us scale our mission faster and more effectively.”

With an expanding footprint across Delhi NCR and several smart cities, Blyp continues to lead India’s transition towards intelligent, paperless, and app-based parking ecosystems, ensuring speed, safety, and simplicity for both users and businesses.
