Uday Narang Set for 11.3% of Listed Prime Industries
Prime Industries' board has approved a preferential issue that would give Omega Seiki Mobility founder Uday Narang 11.32% of the listed company for about ₹10.5 crore. The total issue raises ₹11.47 crore, and it still needs shareholder approval.
