Affirma Capital, in partnership with 360 ONE Asset and others, has announced an investment of up to $56 million in RMSI Limited, a leading engineering and geospatial services company.

The transaction, led by Affirma Capital, marks the first investment from its India-focused fund, Agastya Capital India Growth Fund, undertaken in close collaboration with 360 ONE Asset, which participated through its Secondaries and Technology-focused strategies.

Over the last decade, RMSI has emerged as a global leader in engineering services, catering to clients across navigation, mapping, telecom, utilities, and sustainability. The company’s expertise spans high-growth segments such as AI/ML data annotation, autonomous driving, augmented reality, and mapping/navigation for global technology leaders.

This investment underscores Affirma Capital’s strong experience in the technology and services space, with a portfolio that includes TBO Tek, Prodapt, and T-Map Mobility.
