Bodycraft Clinic and Salon, one of India’s largest integrated clinic-and-salon platforms spanning beauty, wellness, and medical aesthetics, has secured INR 120 crore funding from Singularity AMC, a Mumbai-based private equity firm focused on growth-stage and pre-IPO investments in India.

Quest Profin Advisors Pvt. Ltd. acted as the exclusive investment banker to Bodycraft on the transaction, while ALMT Legal, Advocates & Solicitors served as legal advisors.

The investment will support the company’s next phase of expansion across India as demand for organised beauty, wellness and aesthetic care services continues to grow.

Bodycraft operates 67 premium wellness and medical aesthetic clinics and salons across the country and plans to add 30 more new locations with the fresh capital. It will also invest in clinical technology and equipment, strengthen management and operations, improve efficiency through AI, and enhance customer experience across the network.

Bodycraft was founded by Manjul Gupta nearly three decades ago, starting with a single salon in Bengaluru and becoming one of India’s largest integrated wellness and medical aesthetic clinics and salons. Her daughter, Swati Gupta, joined her in the early 2000s, strengthening the holistic beauty business, followed by her son, Sahil Gupta, an IIT Kharagpur alumnus, in 2011. Under Sahil’s leadership, the company grew significantly, establishing a leadership position in India’s beauty and wellness market. A key growth factor is its clinical business led by Dr. Mikki Singh, Founder and Medical Director since 2015. She is a board-certified dermatologist and master injector specialising in facial and body aesthetics combined with advanced skin and hair care.

On the funding, Sahil Gupta, CEO, Bodycraft Clinics and Salons, said, “This fundraise marks the beginning of an exciting new chapter for Bodycraft. The capital from Singularity will enable us to accelerate expansion, deepen our clinical and technological capabilities, and continue investing in the talent and infrastructure required to build a category-leading business. Our ambition is to create the most trusted destination for beauty, wellness and medical aesthetic  services in India, while delivering exceptional outcomes for our customers.”
To this, Dr Mikki Singh, Founder and Medical Director, Bodycraft Clinics and Salons, added, “Our ambition has always been to build the finest outcome-first practice in the country, and this fundraise from Singularity brings us meaningfully closer to that. We will invest in the best technology, deepen our training programmes, and continue building clinical acumen that the industry has rarely seen. Whether it is emerging frontiers in longevity or regenerative therapies, we aspire to be the first to bring what is new and proven to our patrons, in a way that delivers transformative outcomes and genuine value for money.”
Sandeep Bapat, Co-Chief Investment Officer, Singularity AMC, said, “We have been very impressed with how the Bodycraft team has thoughtfully built out both the Clinic and Salon businesses over the last few years. The hybrid model of clinics and salons under one roof is differentiated, and Bodycraft has successfully executed it at scale. Singularity’s investment will enable the Bodycraft team to expand their business in more cities across India.”

The investment reflects Singularity AMC’s confidence in Bodycraft’s integrated clinic-and-salon model, established brand, and proven ability to scale across markets while maintaining customer trust.

Bodycraft operates in a market experiencing sustained growth across beauty, wellness, and aesthetic care services. Industry estimates suggest India’s clinical aesthetic market could grow from around $2 billion in 2024 to more than $7 billion by 2033, while the broader beauty and personal care market is expected to expand from about $27 billion in FY25 to nearly $39 billion by FY30. Rising incomes, increasing spending on wellness and personal care, and growing demand for specialised treatments continue to support the sector’s growth.
