Leap India Raises ₹371.3 Crore in Pre-IPO Round Led by GIC Arm

Leap India is a KKR-backed supply chain solutions firm that operates an asset pooling platform, enabling enterprises to rent reusable pallets, crates, and intermediate bulk containers. Founded in 2013, it managed 14.7 million pooled assets across more than 10,100 customer touchpoints as of March 2026.

The company raised ₹371.3 crore (~$39 Mn) in a pre-IPO placement, with Singapore-based sovereign wealth fund GIC's subsidiary Gamnat Pte Ltd as the largest investor at ₹280 crore. Dymon Asia Multi-Strategy Investment put in ₹50 crore, and promoter Sunu Mathew's vehicle Matyas Possessiones contributed ₹23 crore. Shares were allotted at ₹159 apiece.

The fresh capital from the pre-IPO is separate from the ₹480 crore fresh issue within its ₹2,480 crore IPO, which opens on 7 August and closes on 11 August. Leap India reported ₹730 crore in operating revenue for FY26, a 57% year-on-year jump, with profit rising over 70% to ₹63 crore.

HomeRun Raises $12 Million in Series A+ Round

Bengaluru-based HomeRun is a quick commerce startup delivering construction and interior materials, cement, plywood, wires, paints, and hardware, to contractors and homeowners within 60 minutes. Founded by Pukhraj Grewal, it has fulfilled more than 1,00,000 orders and reported 8X growth over the past year.

HomeRun secured $12 million (~₹100 Cr) in a Series A+ round led by Nexus Venture Partners, with existing investors Sorin Investments, Titan Capital, Sparrow Capital, and Consumer Collective by Atrium also participating. This follows a $6.6 million round earlier in 2026.

The company plans to use the capital to expand into new markets and strengthen its supply chain, technology stack, and product catalogue. It currently operates in Bengaluru and competes with startups such as Fixxly, IBO, and Material Depot in the fast-growing rapid-delivery building materials category.

Mitti Labs Raises $9.5 Million Led by Aramco Ventures

Bengaluru-headquartered Mitti Labs is a climate tech startup co-founded in 2023 by Devdut Dalal and Xavier Laguarta Soler. It uses satellite imagery and AI to support water-efficient farming, generates carbon credits from verified emission reductions, and sells those credits to corporations pursuing net-zero goals.

The company raised $9.5 million (~₹79 Cr) in a round led by Aramco Ventures, the venture capital arm of Saudi Aramco. Lightspeed India, Godrej Industries Group, Cisco Foundation, Francis Family Fund, and Volta Circle also participated. Mitti Labs had previously raised $3 million.

The fresh funds will support expansion across India and entry into the Philippines and Indonesia. The startup says its technology can reduce water usage by up to 40% and methane emissions by around 50%, and it currently works with farmers across more than 70,000 hectares in multiple Indian states.

Pinegap Raises $8 Million Series A for AI-Powered Equity Research

Pinegap is a Bengaluru-based AI-powered equity research platform founded in 2024 by Ankit Varmani and Deepak Sharma. It automates workflows for institutional buy-side analysts at hedge funds and mutual funds using custom AI agents, and claims to have deployed more than 1,000 agents across over 100 customers, generating 50,000 research reports to date.

Pinegap raised $8 million (~₹76 Cr) in a Series A round led by Stellaris Venture Partners, with existing investors Silicon Valley Quad and DeVC also participating. This follows a $2.5 million seed round in 2024.

Proceeds will support product development, hiring, and expansion of its agentic AI platform for institutional investment teams globally.

Solinas Integrity Raises $5.5 Million in Series A1 Round

Chennai-based Solinas Integrity is an IIT Madras-incubated deeptech startup founded in 2018 by Divanshu Kumar and Moinak Banerjee. It builds robotics and AI-powered solutions for underground water and sanitation infrastructure, with products including Endobot for pipeline inspection and HomoSEP for mechanised sewer and septic tank cleaning.

The company raised $5.5 million (~₹46 Cr) in a Series A1 round co-led by Mela Ventures and Hero Enterprise Family Office, with participation from Luthra Group and follow-on investments from existing backers SVL SME Fund (managed by SBI Ventures), Rainmatter Capital, and 8X Ventures Fund I.

Capital will go towards expanding manufacturing capacity, accelerating product development, strengthening software infrastructure, and entering international markets, particularly the Middle East and Southeast Asia. Solinas says its solutions are deployed across more than 30 cities in 15 Indian states and are in use by Dubai Municipality.

Mintoak Raises ₹80 Crore Debt from BlackSoil for ICC Loyalty Acquisition

Mintoak is a Mumbai-based fintech SaaS startup backed by PayPal Ventures that provides a payments and engagement operating system for banks. Its platform enables financial institutions to convert payment transactions into customer engagement and recurring revenue via a unified white-label system.

The company secured ₹80 crore (~$9 Mn) in acquisition financing from BlackSoil to fund the debt component of its acquisition of Dubai-based loyalty and rewards technology firm ICC Loyalty. The combined entity now partners with more than 50 banks across over 20 countries and supports more than 5 million merchants and 11 million customers, processing over $93 billion in annual payment volume.

Together, Mintoak and ICC Loyalty generate more than $30 million in annual revenue with an EBITDA margin exceeding 30%, according to BlackSoil. The deal expands Mintoak's capabilities across loyalty, merchant engagement, and cross-border banking.

Consint.AI Raises ₹22 Crore in Series A Round

Delhi NCR-based Consint.AI is a deeptech startup founded in 2020 by Ashish Chaturvedi, Swadeep Singh, and Rajat Shah. It offers an AI-powered healthcare fraud and insurance management platform, with flagship products including Risk.AI for fraud and underwriting risk, CIPHR.AI for patient health records, AutoClaim AI for claims processing, and DocInsight AI for document intelligence.

Consint.AI raised ₹22 crore (~$2.3 Mn) in a Series A round from BIG Global Investment JSC, Equanimity Ventures Trust II, and Seafund Venture India Scheme I. Consint claims to have assessed over 100 million transactions and identified more than ₹1,000 crore in fraud using its AI and ML models.

Funds will be used to expand into the US, MENA, and Southeast Asian markets and to build a foundational AI model for fraud, waste, and abuse detection across healthcare, insurance, and BFSI.

Amigo Raises ₹4.5 Crore Pre-Seed Round, Launches in Kolkata

Kolkata-based Amigo is a food delivery startup co-founded by Anshuk Sengupta and Saswata C. It offers AI-driven food discovery, meal delivery, and healthy meal subscription plans, with a focus on freshly prepared meals at affordable prices.

The company raised ₹4.5 crore (~$0.5 Mn) in a pre-seed round led by Foxhog Ventures and has simultaneously launched its services in Kolkata, marking its formal entry into the city's on-demand food delivery market.

Proceeds will support operations, platform scaling, and broader expansion across India, where Amigo will compete against established players Zomato and Swiggy.

Shiprocket IPO Opens 12 August at ₹92-97 Price Band, Issue Size Cut to ₹1,617 Crore

Gurugram-based logistics startup Shiprocket has filed its red herring prospectus for a ₹1,617 crore (~$170 Mn) IPO, a 31% reduction from the ₹2,342.3 crore proposed in its updated DRHP. The issue opens on 12 August and closes on 14 August, with a price band of ₹92-97 per share valuing the company at around ₹7,000 crore (~$736 Mn). The IPO includes a fresh issue of ₹885.5 crore and an OFS of ₹732 crore, with PE firm Lightrock the largest seller at ₹272 crore. Bertelsmann India Investments, the largest shareholder with a 21.3% stake, is not selling, nor is Zomato parent Eternal, which holds 6.85%.

Garuda Aerospace Gets SEBI Nod for ₹750 Crore-Plus Dronetech IPO

Chennai-based Garuda Aerospace has received SEBI's final observation for its proposed IPO, clearing the way for the dronetech startup to launch its public issue. The IPO comprises a fresh issue of up to ₹750 crore along with an OFS component that could include share sales worth ₹250 crore, per reports. The Category II AIF will back Series A and Series B deeptech startups in semiconductors, AI, spacetech, defence tech, biosciences, and fintech infrastructure, investing ₹20-50 crore per startup and targeting a gross IRR of around 30% over six years. Nearly 50% of commitments came from existing investors in Piper Serica's first venture fund, which backed startups including Alt Mobility, Pantherun, and OTPless. The firm now expects to reach final close ahead of its original December 2026 target.
